Clipping

I am able to offer a full variety of clips to suit your horses needs. I have my own clippers fully serviced and blades ready to use . 

All clips above, unless otherwise stated, will be with half heads. If you require the whole head to be clipped off, an additional charge of £15 shall be added. 

Please Note:

If a horse is presented to me in a dirty and/or wet state, I will charge extra for the time it takes to clip through the dirt and the wear and tear that my machinery has to go through. I also will refuse to clip any horses that are deemed too dirty/wet to clip but shall be charging at least half of the agreed clipping price for the inconvenience and travel time. 

Competition Grooming

Having spent the last 8 years as a travelling groom, working at Badminton and Burghley 5* multiple times, as well as being on nations cup teams, I come with a wealth of experience and skills for all levels of competitions. Please get in touch personally to discuss this service. Prices vary depending on duration, location and number of horses competing. 

Starting rate from £180 per day. This can vary due to number of horses, location and start and finish times. 

Mane pulling

I am fully equipped with my own combs, although if you require a different method of pulling to the traditional comb, please let me know.

Tail pulling/Clipping

Whether you want just a tidy up of an already pulled tail, or looking to have a full tail pulled I am very experienced and pride myself in a neat finish either by hand or clipping

Bathing & Plaiting 

Using my own plaiting equipment of either thread or bands of all horse hair colours, I am available to bath and plait your horse(s) ahead of their competition

Riding 

Having been lucky enough to have been trained low level classical dressage riding at a young age, as well as breaking in and riding away young horses, I am able to offer exercising of horses. I am capable and confident at schooling, jumping, hacking, and breaking in youngsters. I also have a keen interest in fitness work.

HGV Driving

I passed my HGV license in January 2016 and have experience driving both split gear boxes and automatics. Having driven out to Stockholm, Stuttgart, France, Ireland and various other locations around Europe I am confident and experienced transporting horses to their destinations.
